Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind or for products that are not damaged or defective.
We only offer refunds for faulty or damaged products. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide us with a photo or a short video that shows the damage or defect.

Once we have received your request and verified the damage, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
